Lose 20 in 2 Weeks – Dedication, Diet and Exercise

If you want to lose 20 in 2 weeks, you have to be dedicated, as well as stick to a strict diet and do plenty of muscle building exercise. There are plenty of exercise plans out there, some say you should workout a lot, some say less is more.

I personally subscribe to the Less is More camp when it comes to exercises that burn fat. I think it’s better to workout, get it done and build lean sexy muscle in the process without having to spend hours per day doing that.

In the 20/20/20 Diet I outline a very simple straightforward muscle building plan that will help lose fat fast, even 20 in 2, but there are some people who want to be at the gym every day. For me personally, 2 – 3 20 minute workouts a week is plenty, but some people want to change it up.
