Lose weight with a pill.
Drink this potion and you’ll be a model.
All you need is the magic power of this secret berry found in the rain forest of some far off land and used by the natives to lose weight and stay skinny.
Sorry, it doesn’t always work that way. The natives were skinny because they walked, ran and hunted. They didn’t have desk jobs, soda machines or McDonald’s.
So I’m asking my readers, are you one of the unlucky people that has been brought in by this scam?
I’m curious because I have come across so many people who have had no results with this scamola and I want to set the record straight.

Weight Loss for the Real World
Hello All!
This is the first post to the 20/20/20 Diet Weight Loss Blog.
As many of you know, after long years of struggling with my weight loss, I got tired of all the diet hype and decided to throw everything I knew about dieting out the window and start fresh. I was tired of being fat and feeling bad about myself and my health every day. So I started reading, researching and seeking out expert advice from people who had won their battle with bulge, and I discovered secrets so amazing that I absolutely had to share them with the rest of the world. I put these secrets together in the 20/20/20 Diet and exercise plan.
This amazing weight loss plan has allowed me to lose over 20 lbs in 20 days with short 20 minute workouts a couple times a week. I spend less than 4 hours in the gym each month, and I still get to eat my favorite foods: pizza, donuts, spaghetti, garlic bread, cheesecake, and good old chocolate cake. If it tastes good and is bad for you, chances are, I love to eat it, and there is no way I’ll ever give that up. That’s why this Diet plan is so great for me and so many others.
The Blog
Within this blog, I intend to post weight loss advice, articles, helpful hints and free resources. I hope to use this as an opportunity to build a tight knit community of people at all stages of weight loss, whether you’re just starting, or have reached all of your goals. I will post motivating quotes and thoughtful anecdotes, and hopefully help you continue succeeding with your weight loss.
