How to Lose Weight For a Wedding – Bride Diet Advice

Every bride and groom want to look their best on their wedding day, and most brides are looking for diet advice long before the date is even close, but what happens if it sneaks up on you and you still aren’t looking your best? That’s when you need to know how to lose weight for a wedding and lose it fast.
First, you have to drink a lot of water. I mean a lot of water, if you aren’t getting tired of filling your glass with water, you’re not drinking enough.
Second, you have to exercise. This may seem obvious, but more people are willing to do dangerous detox diets and “cleanses” than they are willing to do a few push ups or pick up a weight. The key here is to get enough exercise, but not over do it. If you exercise too much, like many people do before a wedding, you may end up spoiling your results and gaining weight. In the program I mention below, you’ll see an exercise plan that only takes 20 minutes 2 times a week and will have you burning fat for up to 24 hours a day, even in your sleep. It can be done.
Third, you have to rest. I know it’s a stressful time, and you have to take care of plans and worry about all the minute details, but if you get overstressed and over tired, your body won’t get rid of those extra lbs no matter what you do.
Fourth, You have to cut out the bad carbohydrates and fats and eat more good carbohydrates and fats. If you don’t know the difference, try to educate yourself and get a good proven diet plan you can follow.
Finally, Give yourself time. If you try to lose 20-30 lbs the week before the wedding, you won’t have the strength to walk the aisle. Do it right and give yourself a few weeks, depending on how much you want to lose, so that you can do it safely. If you want to lose only 5-10 lbs, you could probably do this in a week or two with a plan like the one I just mentioned, but if you want to lose more, you will have to plan accordingly.

I hear this all the time in emails and phone calls people are asking, can you lose weight without dieting? The simple answer is yes, you can lose weight without dieting. You still have to watch what you eat and you still have to follow a workout plan, but you can lose some fat without a diet. The real question should be, is it easy to lose weight without dieting, and the answer to that is a very simple, NO. It’s hard to lose weight when you don’t have a good diet plan, especially if you haven’t been educated in proper nutrition.
If you’re currently trying to lose weight, don’t try to do it solo, get a team of people, even a coach like myself who will help you out and find a good diet plan that fits your needs.
When it comes to losing weight, you can do it wihtout dieting, but a good pland of action and a good support system is the only way it’s going to be guaranteed to happen and it’s the only way you’ll be able to lose the weight fast.
Don’t try to lose fat without a plan, get a good diet like the 20/20/20 Diet or one of the other quality weight loss programs available and get to work.

1 Rep Fitness – How a Single Rep Kicked My Butt

Lose 20 in 2 Weeks – Dedication, Diet and Exercise

If you want to lose 20 in 2 weeks, you have to be dedicated, as well as stick to a strict diet and do plenty of muscle building exercise. There are plenty of exercise plans out there, some say you should workout a lot, some say less is more.
I personally subscribe to the Less is More camp when it comes to exercises that burn fat. I think it’s better to workout, get it done and build lean sexy muscle in the process without having to spend hours per day doing that.
In the 20/20/20 Diet I outline a very simple straightforward muscle building plan that will help lose fat fast, even 20 in 2, but there are some people who want to be at the gym every day. For me personally, 2 – 3 20 minute workouts a week is plenty, but some people want to change it up.

The Secret of How to Burn Fat Without Cardio

Too many people suffer from the mentality that the only way to burn fat quickly is to run like crazy, but the truth is, you absolutely can burn fat without cardio. It’s this assumption that muscle makes for bulk, and cardio burns fat that sets most people off course.
The real truth is that lean muscle mass burns fat, not just the activity we perform. Your muscle is what makes your body burn fat, so of course if you have more lean muscle, you will be burning more fat. Doing traditional cardio, the kind we are all used to, actually does very little to help your body burn fat.
If cardio doesn’t work, how can I build more muscle to burn more fat? If you intend to build muscle quickly, then you should do compound exercises rather than isolation exercises. Compound exercises are exercises like bench press, rows and squats. These exercises make your body build muscle all over, rather than just one or two places, and they have a huge effect on your body’s fat burning ability.
The secret to building more muscle in order to lose weight without cardio, is to do your workouts without a rest between sets. If you rest between sets, it gives your body a chance to slow down, but if you keep your heart rate up, you will get cardiovascular benefits as well as more muscle building. This means that your heart and lungs improve along with your lean muscle mass.
There is a secret to burn fat without cardio, but it doesn’t have to be hard, and it doesn’t have to be a secret. Just follow this advice, focus on compound resistance exercises and you will be burning more fat with less work immediately. If you follow this advice, you will keep your heart rate up and build more muscle. Your body will be burning more and more fat because of your increased muscle mass.

Many people who want to avoid the hunger and frustrations that accompany most diet plans are wondering, can you lose weight without dieting? If you follow these 3 simple steps, you absolutely can.
1. Exercise To Build Muscle
The first thing you are going to have to do if you want to lose weight without dieting is build muscle. Exercising to build muscle will not only burn calories while you are at the gym, but building muscle also causes your body to burn calories while you’re resting. This means that the next day, while you’re hanging around doing your day to day thing, you’re still burning extra calories. Further, because of this, your bodies resting metabolic rate will increase as well. Meaning that long after you have built muscle, that muscle is still burning extra calories.
2. Drink Plenty Water
You have to drink enough water to stay hydrated and give your muscle the water they need to rebuild and stay healthy. Your body also needs to stay hydrated if you want it to let go of the excess fluid stored in fat cells. When it does this, you start to burn more fat and in essence you “flush out your system.” Don’t ignore the importance of drinking enough water.
3. Don’t Wear Yourself Out.
If you want to get your body losing weight while working out, you have to take a break. This might not seem like good advice, but it is. Here is why. After doing a full body workout, you need time for your muscles to heal. If you go back to the gym the next day, you won’t be healed and your muscles will be weak. Giving them the time they need to heal, a day or two, will ensure that you build lean muscle fast and burn fat consistently.
You can lose weight without dieting if you stay focused and follow these 3 steps. Stick to your plan, and you will get the results you desire.
